It’s not always easy to get motivated at the start of a new day but the difference it can have on the rest of the day is amazing!
What can you do to get your dose of daily motivation?
I tap into a few resources that I’d like to share with you…
- Watch my goal video – I created mine with Animoto but the same can be achieved using software like Goal Enforcer
- Read/recite my business brand statement – this reinforces why I do what I do and ignites the passion I have for what I do to get up and get on! You can create your own brand statement for your business life or for your personal life by answering a few questions: What do you stand for? What difference do you hope to make in your lifetime? Who are you here to help? Know it, write it and read it!
- Spend 5-15 minutes reading something uplifting
This takes no more than 10-20 minutes but it is probably the best investment of my time first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
Here is a list of some motivational statements that you can use or better still, create some of your own:
Make things happen
Do your best
Do it now!
Stay strong
Everything is possible
All is well
Seize the day
Never give up
Believe you can
Make the choice, to take the chance, if you want anything in life to change!
Share your tips on staying motivated below… Share the love,
Live Blissfully!
