Having recently experienced the stress and anguish of making a 999 call for medical assistance, thoughts have been revolving around in my head a
bout the value of life, this gift that is all too often taken for granted.
Every day can become a carbon copy of the previous day, a worn out record of repeated activities that do not add value or bring joy – Groundhog Day. Too many people live life this way, never realising they have the potential to change it, the power to live a better quality of life.
And it’s not even about attempting to do 1000 things per day in the hope that you’ve left no stone unturned. Yes, have life goals but also know there is something very special in being able to sit still and just be.
More important than becoming a ‘busy bee’ is knowing you have used your time wisely, appreciated and shared your talent(s), inspiring others to do the same & felt the greatness of what it is to be happy.
Value your life, it is the only one you have and it truly is a gift… enjoy it.
